About hi17 — Built for Bangladesh's Online Gaming Community
hi17 is Bangladesh's home for cricket betting, live casino, slots, and crash games — built mobile-first, powered by local payments, and designed for players from Dhaka to Cox's Bazar.
The hi17 Story
hi17 was created with a single clear purpose: to give players in Bangladesh a genuinely local online gaming experience. Before hi17, most online casinos available to Bangladeshi players were international platforms that treated Bangladesh as an afterthought — slow to load, difficult to deposit into, and built around payment methods that simply did not work here. hi17 set out to change that from day one.
The platform is built around the games and sports that Bangladesh loves most. Cricket is central — BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series all have deep live betting markets on hi17. Alongside cricket, hi17 offers the live casino games that resonate most strongly in South Asia: Teen Patti and Andar Bahar tables powered by Ezugi, alongside the international titles from Evolution Gaming that Bangladesh players have come to enjoy. Slots from Pragmatic Play and NetEnt, crash games from Spribe, and fishing games round out a game library that reflects the full range of what Bangladesh players actually want to play.
Payments were the first thing hi17 got right. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are not secondary options here — they are the primary deposit and withdrawal methods, fully integrated so transactions complete in seconds. Bangladesh players do not need a bank account, an international credit card, or a cryptocurrency wallet to play at hi17. They need only the apps already on their phone, and a hi17 account.
Today hi17 serves players across every division in Bangladesh — from Dhaka and Chittagong to Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. The platform is engineered for the mobile networks Bangladesh players actually use, not theoretical broadband. Whether you are on a 4G connection in Gulshan or a 3G signal in a rural area, hi17 loads fast, plays smoothly, and settles your withdrawals quickly. That reliability is not an accident — it is the result of deliberate engineering choices made to serve the Bangladesh market specifically.
Our Mission and Vision
Every decision at hi17 is guided by three core commitments that shape how the platform is built, operated, and improved over time.
Local First, Always
hi17 is built specifically for Bangladesh. Every feature, payment integration, and game selection decision is made with Bangladesh players in mind. We do not adapt a global product for Bangladesh — we build for Bangladesh from the ground up. That means BDT wallets, local payment apps, games that resonate with South Asian culture, and content timed to Bangladesh's sporting calendar.
Safe, Transparent, and Fair
hi17 uses SSL encryption across all player data and financial transactions. Every game in the hi17 library comes from providers whose RNG systems are independently certified. We publish RTP information for our slot titles, and we operate responsible gaming tools — deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — so that every player can manage their gaming activity responsibly. hi17 does not pursue short-term revenue at the expense of player trust.
Continuous Improvement
hi17 is not a finished product — it is an evolving platform that grows in response to what Bangladesh players actually want. We add new games, new payment integrations, and new promotions based on player feedback and market trends. Seasonal campaigns for Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and BPL season are planned months in advance because we know how important these moments are to our players. We listen, we build, and we improve.

Our Core Values
These five principles define how hi17 operates and makes decisions — from product development to player support.
-
Player Trust
Every feature we build and every policy we set is designed to earn and maintain the trust of Bangladesh players. We operate transparently — publishing RTP data, explaining bonus terms clearly, and never hiding fees inside transactions.
-
Responsible Gaming
hi17 is for entertainment, not financial hardship. We provide deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools so players can stay in control of their gaming. Our responsible gaming page gives Bangladesh players clear guidance on safe play habits.
-
Bangladesh Focus
hi17 serves Bangladesh specifically — not as a regional add-on but as the platform's primary market. That focus is reflected in our payment methods, our game catalogue, our seasonal promotions, and the language and tone of our content.
-
Continuous Improvement
hi17 is never finished. We actively seek player feedback, monitor what works and what does not, and release updates regularly. New game providers, faster payment processing, and improved mobile performance are ongoing priorities — not one-time launches.
-
Accessibility for All Players
Gaming should be accessible to every adult player in Bangladesh regardless of their device, connection speed, or location. hi17 is optimised for mid-range Android phones and 4G networks so that players in Rangpur or Barisal have the same experience as players in Dhaka.
Who hi17 Is Built For
hi17 is designed for adult players in Bangladesh who enjoy online gaming as a form of entertainment. Our players are mobile-first — most access hi17 on a smartphone rather than a desktop or laptop. They want games that feel culturally familiar, payment methods they already use every day, and a platform that works reliably on the networks available across Bangladesh.
hi17 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We enforce this age requirement and provide responsible gaming tools for anyone who wants to manage their play. We believe that sustainable, enjoyable gaming — within one's means and with full awareness of the risks — is better for everyone than aggressive short-term engagement. hi17 is a platform you can trust to treat you fairly as a player.
Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
hi17 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides deposit limits that players can set on their own accounts, session time reminders that alert players when they have been playing for an extended period, and a self-exclusion option for anyone who wants to take a break from gaming. These tools are available to every Bangladesh player at no cost and with no questions asked.
If you feel that your gaming habits are becoming a concern, we encourage you to visit our Responsible Gaming page for guidance, or to contact our support team directly. Gaming at hi17 should always feel like entertainment — the moment it starts to feel like a burden, please reach out. Players must be 21 years or older to register and play at hi17.
