hi17 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and hi17 ("the Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service on hi17, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

hi17 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice, except where prohibited by applicable law. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email or phone number on file. Your continued use of hi17 after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use hi17, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement. hi17 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• You may hold only one personal account on hi17. Operating multiple accounts, using another person's account, or registering under a false identity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances or winnings.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information when registering, including your real name, a valid phone number, and a date of birth. hi17 uses this information for identity verification and responsible gaming purposes.
• You must not be self-excluded from hi17 or any other gambling platform, whether through a voluntary self-exclusion request or as a result of a platform-imposed restriction, at the time of registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• You must be accessing hi17 from a location where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of hi17 complies with any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

3Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on hi17 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hi17 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time; players should check the current payment options within their account dashboard.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the player's account dashboard and may be updated periodically. hi17 does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own fees.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. hi17 reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• hi17 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or ongoing identity verification requirements. In such cases, hi17 will contact the player and request any necessary documentation as promptly as possible.
• Funds held in a player's hi17 wallet are player funds and are kept separate from hi17's operational funds. hi17 does not pay interest on player wallet balances.

4Bonuses and Promotions

hi17 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and free spins. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms and conditions applicable to that individual promotion, which will be clearly communicated when the promotion is offered.

The following general principles apply to all hi17 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Bonuses apply only to the account to which they are credited and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to another player or account.
• hi17 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or any breach of these Terms. In such cases, any winnings derived from the abused bonus may be forfeited.
• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed their account registration and, where required, identity verification. Bonuses offered during seasonal campaigns — such as those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, or Victory Day — are subject to their own specific promotional terms published at the time of the campaign.

5Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

hi17 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to protecting vulnerable players, including minors. hi17 operates with a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended and all funds, bonuses, and winnings will be forfeited.

hi17 provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all registered players free of charge:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session time reminders: players may set timed reminders that alert them when they have been actively playing for a specified duration. These reminders are delivered as on-screen notifications.
• Temporary time-outs: players may take a break from gaming for a self-selected period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, the player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place any wagers.
• Self-exclusion: players who feel that their gaming has become or is at risk of becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion of a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and the account will be disabled for the duration of the exclusion period.

6Account Security and Prohibited Conduct

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their hi17 account credentials, including their phone number and password. hi17 will never ask you for your password via SMS, phone call, email, or any other channel. Any activity conducted under your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for any resulting losses, liabilities, or obligations.

• The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hi17 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and may result in legal action: using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform; exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage; colluding with other players to defraud hi17 or other players; engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity using the hi17 platform.
• hi17 uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, hi17 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close the offending account without notice, withhold any pending withdrawals, and recover any amounts paid out as a result of the prohibited conduct.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hi17 immediately by contacting our support team. hi17 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the account. hi17 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access that occurs before you have notified us.

7Intellectual Property

All content on hi17 — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of hi17 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this platform is the exclusive property of hi17.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purpose any portion of the hi17 platform, use of the platform, or access to the platform without the express written consent of hi17. Game titles, logos, and related content provided by third-party game studios remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hi17 shall not be liable to any player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the player's use of or inability to use the platform or its services. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from gaming outcomes, technical failures, or service interruptions.
• Loss arising from delayed or failed transactions where the delay or failure is attributable to the player's payment provider, mobile network operator, or any third party outside hi17's control.
• Loss arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where the unauthorised access was facilitated by the player's failure to keep their credentials secure.
• Loss arising from a player's reliance on information, content, or promotions displayed on hi17 that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, provided that hi17 corrects such errors promptly upon becoming aware of them.

9Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of hi17, you should first contact hi17's customer support team and attempt to resolve the matter informally. hi17 aims to acknowledge all support queries within 24 hours and to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving all required information from the player.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with hi17's support team, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy. hi17 reserves the right to make a final binding decision on disputes relating to game outcomes where the game's RNG logs confirm the outcome recorded by the platform's systems.

10Amendments and Termination

hi17 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects a player's rights or obligations, hi17 will provide reasonable notice via the contact details held on the player's account before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of hi17 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms.

hi17 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, for conduct that hi17 reasonably believes is harmful to the platform, its players, or its reputation, or for any other reason at hi17's sole discretion. Upon termination, hi17 will return any unencumbered balance in the player's wallet, less any amounts owed to hi17, within a reasonable processing period.

11Privacy and Data Protection

hi17 collects and processes player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account with hi17, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. hi17 uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit and employs industry-standard security practices to protect data at rest.

• hi17 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without the player's explicit consent.
• Players have the right to request access to their personal data held by hi17, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request deletion of their data subject to hi17's legal retention obligations.

12Governing Law and Severability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms applicable to bonuses or campaigns, constitute the entire agreement between you and hi17 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
